Its aimpoint what more needs to be said i only regret not buying it sooner

The only thing is I wished they would send a battery with the unit for the first setup.

Obviously it’s a great red dot, but I’d prolly do the PRO if I could do it over again, comes with a few extras I think are worth it.

Super happy with this red dot. I have a Comp M2 on another rifle and this is just as clear and the dot just as bright. If you’re looking for a budget red dot, buy once, cry once. This will outlast any of the cheaper options without a doubt.

I have run the Comp ML2 on another rifle since they were new. The ACO is easily on par with the old ML2, with improved battery life/circuitry. I don’t understand why it is sold without the front and rear flip up lense covers ($19 each). Other than that. It is an excellent product for the price. Thank you Aimpoint and Amazon.

Great product without the frills and bells of the Aimpoint Pro. Slightly reduced battery life and a bit simpler mount. At the price point, it’s worth spending a little more to go with the Pro and get a better mount and covers (the $50 difference is what made my decision for 4 stars over 5 – if it was right around the $300 range it’d be 5 stars and amazing), but if you can get this at a good price it’s a fine optic with all the quality you’d expect from an Aimpoint product. This lives on my general “beater” AR and I have zero complaints. It works, and works well, but is no frills and barebones.

Awesome optic. I’m not a big red dot guy but I’m pretty impressed. I have a Saiga AK with a Texas weapon systems top cover. After 5 rounds at 50yards I was in the bullseye. The dot itself is bright, it’s easy to use and sight in. The wind has been nuts in south east Utah lately so I didn’t fire too many rounds, but I’m confident in the optic and accuracy of my rifle

I looked at many other more expensive optics for my AR. After reading many positive reviews as well as watching several videos, I decided to purchase the Aimpoint Carbine Optic. I am very glad that I did purchased this optic. I recently added a 3x tripler to compliment this optic which now will allow me to take further shots at the range as well as when I am hunting.

I bought this because I didn’t want to spend the money on another T2. I am very pleased that I did. While it is bigger and heavier than my other Aimpoint, it was also much easier on the wallet. I would recommend this sight all day long.
